IEG Arabia to deliver World Firefighters Games Expo in Saudi Arabia

IEG Arabia has been appointed to organise and deliver the Fire & Safety Expo and Health & Wellness Expo at the 16th World Firefighters Games, which will take place in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, from 5–13 November 2026.

The exhibitions will run from 6–8 November at Dhahran Expo, forming part of what organisers expect to be the largest edition of the World Firefighters Games to date. More than 7,000 athletes from over 70 countries are expected to compete in 56 sporting disciplines, while the event is forecast to attract around 200,000 spectators.

The World Firefighters Games are held every two years and bring together firefighters, emergency responders and associated personnel from around the world. Alongside the sporting competitions, the event provides opportunities for professional networking, knowledge sharing and the promotion of firefighter health, safety and wellbeing.

Under its appointment, IEG Arabia will deliver two exhibitions showcasing products, services and innovations for the global firefighting community. The Fire & Safety Expo will focus on equipment, technology, training and operational solutions, while the Health & Wellness Expo will highlight developments in firefighter fitness, recovery, nutrition, health technologies and wellbeing.

The organisers said the exhibitions are intended to bring together manufacturers, solution providers, emergency services organisations and health specialists, providing a platform to showcase the latest technologies and exchange best practice.

Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities are now available for organisations wishing to engage with the international firefighting, health and performance community ahead of the event.

The 2026 World Firefighters Games will be the first time the event has been hosted in Saudi Arabia, reflecting the Kingdom’s growing role as a venue for major international sporting and industry events.
