  • The new Dubai facility provides approximately 16,800 sq ft of warehouse and office space.
  • Increased regional stockholding is intended to improve product availability and reduce delivery lead times.
  • The investment supports Rapidrop’s continued development across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region.

Located in Dubai Investments Park-1, the 16,800 sq ft facility brings warehousing, office and customer support operations together at a single site. The company said the investment is intended to improve product availability, reduce lead times and give its regional team greater flexibility in responding to customer requirements.

Chris Shelley, CEO of Rapidrop, said the Middle East had become an increasingly important market for the business, adding that the new facility would strengthen its operational capabilities and provide a base for future growth.

The British manufacturer and supplier of fire sprinkler products has established a customer base across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region. Its new Dubai site is intended to support closer collaboration with customers and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Dhaval Trivedi, Operations Manager, Middle East, said: “Having a dedicated regional base allows us to respond more effectively to customer requirements and provide greater support throughout the project lifecycle.

“The new facility represents an important step forward for our business, and we are looking forward to building on the strong relationships we have established across the region.”

Rapidrop plans to continue expanding its regional presence, drawing on its product range, technical expertise and local service capabilities to support customers across the Middle East.
