- Leader Group has significantly expanded its global footprints
- This next phase of growth will be on show at INTERSCHUTZ 2026
Leader Group has significantly expanded its global footprint, growing into an international industrial player with more than 250 employees and operations spanning Europe, North America and Asia. The company now works with a network of over 500 distributors worldwide, marking a decade of steady development from its origins as a small European business.
According to the company, this transformation has been driven by a shift away from a traditional distribution model towards a more integrated structure that brings together multiple entities and technologies. The aim has been to support a broad spectrum of firefighting and rescue operations through a unified approach.
A key part of this evolution has been a move into the design and manufacture of its own equipment. Leader Group now focuses on delivering complete, operational solutions rather than standalone products. Its portfolio includes ventilation systems designed to clear smoke-filled spaces, as well as thermal imaging cameras that help emergency crews locate unconscious casualties in low-visibility conditions. The company also produces extinguishing and pumping systems used to support fire control during incidents.
This next phase of growth will be on show at INTERSCHUTZ 2026, where Leader Group plans to present its full range of technologies in a single exhibition space. The event will mark the first time the company appears as a fully unified international group, showcasing its firefighting equipment and systems together under one banner.
