- NFPA has strengthened its regional presence with the appointment of Romnish Kapoor as Regional Sales Manager, based in Dubai.
- Kapoor brings more than 20 years of experience in fire and life safety, regulatory compliance and business development across the Middle East and Africa.
- The appointment reflects NFPA’s continued investment in the region.
Based in Dubai, Kapoor will lead business development activities throughout MENA, working with organisations looking to enhance fire and life safety through the adoption of NFPA’s internationally recognised codes and standards, training programmes, certifications and related technical solutions.
The appointment comes as governments and industry across the region continue to invest heavily in major infrastructure and development projects, driving increased demand for internationally recognised fire safety expertise and best practice.
Mike Brunzell, Vice President of Global Business Development at NFPA, said Kapoor’s appointment reflects the organisation’s ongoing investment in the region.

Kapoor brings more than 20 years of experience in fire and life safety, testing, inspection and certification, regulatory compliance, strategic account management and business development. Before joining NFPA, he held a number of commercial leadership roles with UL Solutions, where he led regional sales and strategic account growth initiatives across the Middle East and Africa while supporting the company’s expansion into emerging markets.
