I bring over 28 years of senior leadership experience in fire service governance, operational response, and fire protection delivery. I have completed all levels of professional fire service qualifications in the UK, rising from Firefighter to Strategic Commander, including the prestigious Multi-Agency Gold Incident Command course. As a former Head of Training at the UK Fire Service College, I am a Graduate of the Institution of Fire Engineers (GIFireE). I also hold the NEBOSH Level 3 Certificate and the Fire Prevention Association's Certificate in Applied Fire Risk Assessment. Throughout my career, I have successfully commanded a wide range of complex incidents, from hazardous material events to large-scale structural fires. My focus remains on strategic leadership and operational excellence in fire safety.
