I am a Captain, Certified Fire Protection Specialist and Fire & Safety Engineer at the General Directorate of Civil Defence, Kingdom of Bahrain, serving as Authority Having Jurisdiction across all occupancy types. My expertise spans fire product and material certification within testing, inspection and certification frameworks, hazardous materials licensing under NFPA 30, 58, 400, and 495, and fire hazard and risk assessment. A core developer of the Bahrain Fire & Life Safety Code 2025, I led the unification of operational procedures across my organisation, deliver fire safety training within and beyond my organisation, and serve on the UL Standards & Engagement Technical Committee.
